The flooring was not installed properly October 2020. The Last day they were here we told them the kitchen felt unlevel. We were told *it will work itself out*. I started teaching it to them April 16th 2021 as we supposedly had a one year warranty on the labor. After many texts he finally took my call June 2021. Many promises of coming to repair to no avail. March 2022 they come after i posted on social media. The whole floor is separating and popping. He sent his guys out to tear out the kitchen and office with no date of install. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me i need the proof of purchase for my warranty. I have requested this from the installer but he has not provided it nor has he told me he will. I have had to hire an independent inspector and we will need to go to an attorney to get this resolved. I have all the texts and phone calls.
