The actual job of removal and hurricane proofing another tree was done to my satisfaction. I did not expect to have a very large mound of debris left in my front yard. We've called them again and again to no avail. Now that I've finally dug down through the mound to find the stump, it was NOT ground as specified and sits at grass level, rather than several inches below as promised. I would NOT hire this company again.
