This project was a high-end, full house remodel including new finishes in kitchen, complete master bath build out with new shower and refinishing of materials, sitting room fireplace reface, interior painting, trim work, conversion of old areas to new rooms, complete basement renovation, and new electrical and mechanicals. Within the major areas of renovation:, the kitchen, baths, flooring and basement, we completely refinished the spaces. In the kitchen we redid the backsplash with a porcelain beveled edge tile to add a unique touch to a traditional tile. We also had the floors restained to a darker stain to mesh with the style of the house. The master bath was extended into the master bedroom a few feet to include a custom shower. The sitting room fireplace was refinished with a dry stacked stone to incorporate different materials in the project. The clients really wanted a nature feel, so we utilized Sherwin Williams HGTV Coastal Cool Collection to bring everything together.

This job was a bath remodel for a guy who lived alone. We wanted to give him a bathroom that represented his style of minimal lines and contemporary finishes. We installed new tile flooring, replaced the tile on the shower with a custom band/tile combination, and we added a new vanity.
