The baby woke us up earlier than normal and we realized that the house was HOT! Apparently our AC unit had decided to stop working on us overnight. We looked online for a few places to call and the first couple places only would be able to come in 2-3 days! TAC answered the phone fast and were available fast. We had a tech at our home within just an hour and half of us calling. The service fee was more than the other places; but like I said, they weren't available.

I called TAC and talked to Rick Mirelles about the problem that I was having with my AC equipment. In less than an hour I had a technician, Victor Eguia, taking care of the problem. Excellent response and excellent service. Proud to be a loyal customer.
