This kitchen was a very important project for our company since the homeowner had recently gone through a tough time, we really wanted to make it special for her while keeping within her budget. We completely removed the existing kitchen and blocked off a door to create more countertop and cabinet space. We used Craftsman Java Maple cabinets with soft-close hinges, stainless steel appliances, a Quartzite countertop (Silestone), glass mosaic subway backsplash tile, and porcelain floor tile.

This is a kitchen and small bathroom renovation project we completed in Waldorf, MD. The kitchen still had all of the original fixtures and appliances from 1972, when it was built. We installed new Merillat Seneca Ridge Maple cabinets, African Ivory granite countertops, ceramic wall tile and mosaic tile on the backsplash, ceramic floor tile, a Kohler Mistos one-handle pull-out faucet, and stainless steel appliances, including a range, range hood, and refrigerator. The bathroom was also original to the home, except for the vanity which the homeowner previously installed. We removed and replaced everything but the vanity. We installed a Kohler Archer tub in Biscuit, Ceramic wall tile on the shower surround with a mosaic tile boarder, 2 glass corner shelves, a Kohler Archer Highline Classic Comfort Height toilet, a Kohler Archer medicine cabinet with mirror, and a vanity light.

This basement was partially finished when we arrived. We removed the walls of partially finished rooms, the carpeting in the main living area and stairwell, and the wall and door that were separating the finished area of the basement from the unfinished section. We fabricated a bulkhead around all duct work and beams. We framed in the sump pump with a custom seating/box area. Installed a column, 19 six inch recessed lights, drywall, painted, new carpet, and added colonial baseboards.
