they came once to start and never came back to finish and took my deposit lousy service !!!

I was promised a deep cleaning from this company and did not get what was advertised. I was told my carpets would be shampooed and floors would be scrubbed after renovation, but this was not done. When I called and texted after to ask if it was possible for them to come back and redo what was promised, I was hung up on and then not answered. Here are pictures of the floors several minutes after they dried. They were still filled with saw dust and paint. I was even nice enough to buy all 4 workers coffee and breakfast to ensure a good job was done. I am a very respectfully and honest person and I expect the same from others. I am very upset that this is how a company treats you after you pay them $250 for a tiny apartment cleaning. I was planning on using them for a monthly cleaning service but they 100% lost my business. I could have done a better job myself. I will not be recommending them. Extremely disappointed

They came in half a day's notice - with a whole crew. They cleaned impeccably, house has never been so thoroughly, beautifully cleaned. They checked to make sure everything was to my likung before leaving. Price was very fair. I will definitely use them again.

We had julio and her crew come over to do a deep clean on a new apartment before we moved in and they completely exceeded our expectations. They were able to accommodate our tight schedule by showing up at 6am and when things were taking a little longer than expected (only because they are SUPER diligent and clean every little nook and cranny inside and out!), julio brought over an additional two ladies to help out the two that were already there. They finished in no time and the place was gorgeous. Even surface seemed to sparkle and there wasn't a spec of dirt or grim or dust anywhere in the place. We would definitely hire them again!!
