I am a self taught builder and fixer upper with a naturally creative edge. My motto is that "I can build or fix anything". My Father taught me to weld when I was only six years old. I have been creating and inventing all sorts of projects ever since. As a do-it-yourself-er, with an entrepreneurial spirit, I purchased three multi-unit commercial properties on the same day, of which, I rehabbed two of those buildings single-handedly; including, but not limited to the demolition, new construction and installation of new copper plumbing, roofing, flooring, concrete, utilities & appliances. I also worked as a Carpenter's Apprentice to the Carpenter's Union for two years. I am willing to build, create, or fix anything, so don't be afraid to call and ask. If there is something that I honestly feel that I cannot do (oddly enough :) ), I will be SURE to let you know; and, I will refer you to someone who can. Therefore, you are not at a loss for reaching out for help to complete your project or home repair.
