Expert Moving LLC

I called Expert Moving based on the recommendation of a friend. I called Monday, April 8, 2019 and left a voice message. The next day I called again and left a voice message that morning. I called again later that afternoon and got a gentleman on the phone. He assured me that the owner would get back to me that evening or the following morning. The next day came and went. Still no answer. I called for the 4th time in a week and left another message. Still no answer. These people clearly have NO concept of customer service!
