DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO INSTALL A DECK. Purchased a deck from Lowes and they use this company for the installation. They installed it with so many issues it’s too many to list-- from the concert base having a crack in it to-- cracked and split wood with nails and screws hanging out. When we complained about the splits in the steps they attempted to take the steps turn them over to just put them back on. Put the bottom step/post on the ground instead of the concert. We had to get a 3rd party inspector when we complained. He found even more issues than what we had. Between this company and Lowes giving us the run around, it took 9 months to get this deck completed correctly. They ended up having to tear it down and replace the entire deck. They had no concern that my 86 year old mother had no way of getting out her front door. I wish I could add the many pictures I have. They also dont show up when scheduled and offered no explanation.

The worst! Got the run around for 2 months. Recommended I install a small door, after I ordered it they refused to install. Some crap about my trim is too big.

Incredible! I ripped out an old bathtub to put in a stand up shower. Their work was top notch but even better was the communication I received between Melissa and Kate! I will definitely use Incredible Installations again! Outstanding customer service; they just made it simple and a pleasure! Thank you
