Georgia Plumbing Company LLC 2307 Copper Grove Ln, Buford, GA 30518 Upon my initial meeting for a price quote I spoke to Aaron, the tech, and stated that I need 3 sink drains connected and a dishwasher. He offered to install a garbage disposal as well which I agreed. The work was performed only in the kitchen, Aaron didn’t recollect the other 2 sinks during our convo and upon second look at the estimate and trying to decipher, they in fact only charged for the kitchen sink and dishwasher. The next day I realized the water was not on so I called to ask Aaron if he turned it off. He stated no. Now I have no idea how you install a sink and dishwasher with the water off. But this company and tech did. I still needed the 2 bathroom sinks connected and after speaking with Cathy (because I was too upset to speak with Aaron, she offered and assured someone would return and connect the sinks (drains only, faucets were already in place) for an additional $80. I agreed or the sake of getting the house on the market. The next day someone turned into Aaron again and he supposedly went to connect the sinks. That afternoon, the lady called and confirmed that he was back at my property to complete the task. Now before all this mix up I intended on giving them a second property, however due to the timeframe and they’re availability I found another tech to service the other property. The next day after Cathy clearly confirmed Aaron was at the property doing the work I texted Cathy and relayed to her I didn’t need them for the home.She sent more misunderstood responses in which I clarified. Low and behold, when I went back to the property the next day. Not only was the water still off but only one sink was half ass connected and has a terrible leak. I guess after I said I didn’t need them for the other property Aaron just packed up and left the home I serviced. Needless to say they no longer answer when I try to reach out to correct this issue. All of the work performed is supposed to be warranted, I have all text messages of convo and video of the faulty work. They will be held accountable!
