This guy Oscar is a crook. Reach out to me directly I can show you videos of his work. Gave him a project to do and he took forever to do it and I eventually had to fire him for sloppy work, slow progress and lack of understanding of construction. He is not licensed. He is insured and thank god for that as I am filing a claim against his insurance.
