I had a very unfortunate experience with Eli at EC Construction Services. He quoted a new roof for a property I manage and asked for a 50% deposit which was over $5,000 up front. He was very nice but cancelled, cancelled and then just ghosted. It is now a legal matter. I do not recommend. He is a scam.
