Barrette Outdoor Living

I ordered Barrette lattice 6'x8' vinyl fencing through fencingdirect.com. After 2 months waiting, my delivery came with 13 of the 19 posts wrong. I got in with Tim Long about my order and told him of the issue. He in turn got in touch with Barrette which suggested I buy blank posts and cut them out myself to which I replied that's not possible. So, I had to order new posts and wait. When I went to order new posts, he said I would have to buy additional posts at a cost of $370 because I ordered the wrong ones. I replied, why would I purposely order the wrong posts and can't I just return these and get the correct ones. He said, No, that I ordered the wrong ones and it was my fault. He was still unwilling to work with me. I asked why no one reviewed my order and asked me if I was sure that I wanted posts that didn't match. I was given a lame excuse about COVID. I had no choice but to re-order $370 worth of posts and dispose of the ones I couldn't use. This is an awful company!!!
