Craig's Septic Pumping & Repairs

I Am So Thankful for Finding Craigs Septic!! The representative from Craigs informed me I have "TWO TANKS" I Told Him NO I Have One!! He said no you have two. I have had several other companies clean out my system over the years and None of Them Ever Cleaned Out Both Tanks!! I can not begin to explain how happy I am with Craigs Septic!!! I would give them 10 Stars!!!

We hired Craig's to pump our septic and do an inspection before selling our home. He mentioned there were roots present but said it was not an issue and everything passed the inspection yet he told the buyer's realtor the roots needed to be corrected. At this point he became difficult to work with so we went with another company for a 2nd opinion & found out Craig's did not even pump out the solid waste from our tank! We paid the other company to correctly pump & inspect our septic again & are out the $900 Craig's charged us!

Called Craig 8/28/16,Sun. came out the next day(8/29/16) ,1/2 early. Explained everything very well.We had not have our septic pumped out in about 14 yrs.,was afraid our lines would have to be dug up.He examined every thing and our 2 sided 1500 gallon tank was extremely full, both sides. Our liq. side has waste in it ,which is bad but luckily our system is still working.He and his workers were very kind, patient,fast,hardworking and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.Told me we do not need to add any thing to our septic system or drain lines i.e.. Septic Saver products.Reassured me that studies proved they did not work ,returning product i ordered.He attends education classes with Tx A+M regularly where they have done studies to prove these facts.Recommended we get our septic pumped out every 3 yrs for 4 people and 5 yrs. for 2 people,he will put us on a reminder list.He completed job in 55 min.Would highly recommend him to others.
