Bulldog Emergency Locksmith

We used Bulldog for a small emergency call, Service was subpar, had to send another tech out to review work performed and make corrections. Received outrageously overpriced invoice, $1500 for 1 hr. work with no parts. Called to discuss and was met with very poor customer service, very argumentative. and defensive. Could not explain the invoice. Attempting to double charge for the work performed. He offered to reduce the bill by $600.00 to make us happy. This call has a $400.00 expected cost. I am a Locksmith company my-self. Simply needed a sub to handle this call. Regret ever calling them. Would recommend all stay away from these guys completely. SCAM ARTIST!!!!
