The Floor Center, located in Burbank, CA, is amazing! From my first encounter through the day of completion, everyone I encountered was extremely helpful, polite, responsive, professional, caring, patient accommodating, clean (workers, work performed and clean-up) and genuinely concerned about our overall satisfaction/happiness with their performance. The Floor Center's quality of care and workmanship surpasses all other service providers I have dealt with (and I have dealt with several!). Our job consisted of the installation of vinyl planking and vinyl grouted tile in areas of approximately 600 sq. ft. Yes, I recommend the Floor Center!

We went from a rotted bamboo floor in our kitchen, destroyed by water damage, to a gorgeous stone tile floor in 2 days. Communication with The Floor Center took quite a while, but once the work started, it was fast and the quality was great.
