A & V Concrete Construction

This company has no valid license or insurance. By WA state law, they aren't even allowed to give you an estimate/bid for a job. Don't waste your time on this company, move on! They may try to send their son, Pouli, to give you an estimate. He does have a license, but isn't good at paying for his vendors. We had a really hard time getting him to pay for the concrete which was fraudulently charged to another companies account. The workers were late, if they showed up and lazy. The work was sub-par and we will be finding out if it will even pass inspection. I DO NOT recommend hiring these people!! There are much better contractors!!
