Only good things to say about Puget Sound Plumbing. This morning when I woke up, my house was super cold. I remembered that I got this magnet thing in the mail a few weeks ago which I placed on my fridge for this outfit. I immediately contacted them and someone actually answered. Not a stupid answering service or voicemail! An actual person!!! They got someone to my house around noon today and wrapped up the furnace repair about an hour ago. They also gave me pricing on a few other items I needed fixed. I have them scheduled to come back next week for the rest. This was just so neat that I was found Puget Sound Plumbing. They can do so much and are so quick.

I am so happy I found a company that only hires licensed plumbers. I have had 3 of their plumbers out to my home and each showed me their plumber license upon request. In the past I used a company who was sending out unlicensed guys and I got burned. They piped in half of my plumbing wrong so that is when I needed a new plumber to fix it and I found Puget Sound Plumbing. If you want the job done right the first time, I highly recommended giving these people a shot. Thanks again, Marie

Such a great choice calling Puget Sound Plumbing. I called this morning for emergency service. I had a leak coming from my laundry room where my water heater was stored. I called like 5 plumbers and these guys actually answer the phone with a real person and on a Sunday!!!! Unbelievable! Michelle was the gal that helped me over the phone. I can't remember what the techs name was but knew what he was doing and had the part with him. Take my word for it on this company! You can't go wrong.

Loved my experience from start to finish. I'm in the construction industry myself so I've seen all types. These men are among the best and the office staff really has it together. I'll be using them from now on for all of my personal plumbing needs and they are my new go to company for all my big projects on the job. They also informed me they have a sewer division and heating division as well. They were just here for the plumbing trim today but they do the sewer and their co workers can help with the furnaces in need done soon.
