Amazing appliance repair

Do not waste your time with this company. If you do decide to use them for any type of service, you better have tons of patience and watch while they work. This joker took for ever to come by to fix a simple repair. When he finally came, he had an attitude. Very unprofessional attitude. I can handle a joker but when I watched him service my dishwasher, I then realized this joker didn't know what he was doing. He had a simple just a few tasks. All he had to do was replace 3 the sprayer arms. I could have done it but I did not have the time so I thought I'd hire a professional. This joker improperly remove 2 of the sprayer arms and broke off the upper sprayer by forcefully pulling on it until the retainer that held it in place snapped. I was livid. The fool asked me if I had some glue..lmao. long story short, he started walking away saying he would have to order the part. I said how long will that take. He replied, ill let you know. More too this effed up story but I will spare you and not tell you the ugly part of this. What I will advise you is to NOT waste your time with this company. If you decide to, ou just might get a better experience but listen, I saw first hand this guy was about to cover up that he had broken my dishwasher. I later texted this joker and told him nevermind about coming back wasting my time again. I fired him and told him to keep the change. I also sent him 3 videos from YouTube on how to install 3 simple spray arms.
