He never showed up for appointment and never called. I assume he found something more important to do, and that my time wasn't even worth a phone call.

Brian and his crew were very responsive and professional. I asked that they coordinate their framing work with the folks that were putting on siding. They were on time and it all came together very nicely. After the wood work was completed, I tacked on painting the room and they handled that too. Good number to keep handy.
