Mold Patrol

Was billing me to re-seal crawl space when all workers did was taped up small holes that were in plastic. That was coming loose the same day … After I called him out on it he came back and fixed it. Left old plastic down after the urine had leaked from the pipe. They drilled a hole in the side of my sewer line in my crawl space and patched it up with some sort of silicon with their fingers. Pictures then i asked them to fix and have a plumber come to fix They then drilled a hole further down the sewer line and placed the drain from the dehumidifier in the top by just sticking it in the hole. Drain line was sloping up and says that there was a pump in the line.(not sure if that is true) Picture, but then when they went to fix things the dehumidifier was placed differently and the line then was running down. Came home to urine sewer all over in the sealed crawl space from the hole they drilled in my sewer line (pictures) I then called 3-4 other mold remediation and dehumidifier install companies about the drain placement and they all said no that is not protocol at all! When I spoke to Brian he stated that it was protocol and the other companies were trying to throw him under the bus. I never told the companies what company I was dealing with Brian said that they didn't up-charge the dehumidifier cost just to install. My cost 1800.00 cost 1300.00 (retail) the (educator discount he stated he would give me) was 500.00 Brian said there was a device that I would be able to see the humidity levels in the crawl space. He brought me a weather forecaster that did not even read humidity levels it took him months and said the whole time that it did read humidity even though I sent him the papers Brian said the mold was all gone in daughters bathroom. I asked especially because you could see the black stains still in wood he said it's all gone. ( I have saved the subfloor that I tore up.) Left nails sticking straight up from the wood floor. He told me to give him a hug and he would adjust my back They built a shelf on the floor joists under my daughters bathroom and put a piece of wood to cover the view of the mold from underneath in the crawl space. Same area where there was damage to some of the HVAC and it was leaking water ? He had me write all my checks to him personally. He is a corporation and they were NOT endorsed on the back to care for his company ? Destroyed the door frame in the bathroom. Took off shirt in my house to show me that arm band tattoo no longer touched” because his arms were so big. Feeling like I can't trust that he did any of the work that he said he did due and he took advantage of my lack of knowledge with this area. I have pictures of most of this. I have reported him to BBB and no response ! I have also done a mold test and it was positive.

After awakening to soaked carpet in 2 bedrooms and the hall on Monday, January 8, 2018, I awakened the following Monday with an amazing completed transformation. This team is professional, skilled,hard-working, efficient, neat, pleasant and,thoughtful. They plan and do their jobs completely and in very reasonable time.
