Crystal Springs Water

Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. Delivery and service were fine until the last two deliveries when the water tasted terrible. Tried to get a credit for the undrinkable water and ran into a customer service nightmare. You cannot cancel online. They do not respond to emails or the "Contact Us" option on your account web page. Over two hour wait time to call customer service; no joke. Incredibly difficult to cancel service. They make it so hard to cancel on purpose. What a bunch of jerks. UPDATE: After two hours on hold with customer service I finally got to speak to someone... who said they cannot cancel my service and put me on hold to transfer me to the cancelation department. Another 45 minute hold time. Two hours and 45 minutes to cancel water delivery instead of allowing you to cancel online. UPDATE #2: After all that nonsense the D Bag delivery driver left his trash in my driveway on his final stop picking up the water bottles. Congrats on being a piece of crap.
