We have received pool service from Foster Pools for years, including pool light repair, liner replacement, heater installation, opening and closing services and are always satisfied with the professionalism, efficiency and courtesy of their crews and the service we receive, including the knowledgeable assistance of Jamie in the store when in need of water testing or supplies. I would highly recommend Foster Pools to anyone in need of a new swimming pool, service, or supplies for pools or spas !

Cannot stress the level of customer disservice. Delays, excuses, failed timelines, flat out misrepresentations.... Foster Pools was contacted for a quote in August 2020. June 2021, after asking for a written quote with legible terms, was advised that no quote will be provided. Going local is not always best. When a company advises that covid, deaths, broken bones, care of elderly, miscommunication between family mbrs, bad printers, single-parenting schedules, and problems with email ... all together prevent company from fulfilling its promises, BUYERS BEWARE
