Nailed It! Handyman Service, llc

Just had cabinets installed by this vendor. Worked with vendor for several weeks designing layout. He showed up today to install; worked very hard all day to install them. When he was finished, we were asked to look them over and what to our surprise was missing? There were no countertops! When asked where they were he told us they were not included. What?! With all of the preplanning that was never mentioned? His response? "I assumed you knew that." The work that he did do was good but beware; there's some "hidden costs" and some missing pieces.
