A Commercial Cleaning & Handyman Service

Karl is a fantastic handyman/contractor. He actually listens to what his customers want, offers insightful suggestions, works reliably and quickly, and goes the extra mile to ensure everyone is happy with his work. We have been working with him for a few years now. Most recently he wall mounted a 65 inch TV on a plaster wall, and hung some replacement doors in our guest bathroom. All the work was to his usual excellent standard.

Installed drywall, remodel on bathroom and new flooring, installed doors and crown molding. He is fast, clean and reasonable. I was very happy with his work.

Karl with Handyman repairs rescued us in a middle of very difficult kitchen installation when the other installed walked off the site. Karl finished on time and under budget and did great finishing carpentry work as well as tile, recessed lights and paint. Karl also competed numerous projects for our rental properties. He’s our go to construction guru and always makes helpful suggestions when we plan our projects to make sure we don’t miss anything.
