I am the Property Manager for Old Kinderhook Golf Resort and Community and I have new home owners on property with "punch list" which consist of some little and some bigger jobs in the home we have to repair for them on this "punch list". Needing someone that is insured and is self reliant. Knowing the task and knocking them down one at a time but as quickly and efficiently as possible. No BS and will show up. I had hired one that is very undependable and I have a time line on these punch list and need them to start being completed.

Just small "punch list" items around the entire home. Outside there is some cracked concrete on the side walk to fill. There are rocks that are on the front of the home falling off, there is some touch up paint, railings lose on outside decks and inside on the stair railings, there is one that needs a complete re-paint. Tubs need replaced because of holes and cracks. They are brand new homes on this development and when we sale them they have so long to turn in there punch list and we hire in to get them done.
