We had Dave build us a huge ceiling to floor built inbookshelf that was 10 feet wide and 8 feet tall. It's beautiful, we couldn' be more pleased. He is honest, reasonably priced and does excellent work. I will definitely hire him for all of our re- modeling and other home projects. He is honest, reasonably priced and does excellent work.

The old flooring, which included laminate, ceramic tile , vinyl and wall to wall carpet was removed. the cement backer board under the tile area was removed and all the particle board sub floor was removed down to the original 1x 12 pine sub floor. The sub floor was repaired where necessary. New larger floor register openings were cut in the floor and replaced. The Kitchen counter tops and bottom cabinets were removed, water resistant OSB was installed under the cabinets and the supply plumbing for the sink and dishwasher was replaced. An improved water resistant underlayment was installed under a new prefinished hardwood floor.
