3.4kW SunPower Solar System on a

Jan 2013

Eichler homes, either you are in love or it isn't really your thing. For us, it is definitely our thing. In fact, eichler homes were our specialty in the early days of ProVoltz. Installations on eichler homes require a knowledge of the architecture and creativity with solar designs. We were able to accomplish both and prove that once again, we can install on any roof. At the end of three days, we were excited to see what the homeowners thought.

2.0kW SunPower Solar System on Wood Shake Roof

Jan 2011

A wood shake roof is the definition of what gives many homes the traditional warm feeling. The installation process requires scrupulous attention to detail, extensive knowledge of all aspects of solar installation and an unwavering commitment to installing perfect solar systems. To ensure leak-provention and our quality standards, we reroof the portion under the array. This calls for the understanding, experience and skill to reroof properly and maintain the 10-year warranty against leaks. Once the panels are installed, our installers replace the shake portions to prevent the reroofed portion from being visible. And yes, that is a solar attic fan to the left of the array. This homeowner agrees with ProVoltz that solar is the future.
