John Wheeler Painting

My parents hired him to skim coat a room that they removed wallpaper from. He said $450 to skim coat and paint the room. Told my parents he was gonna put plastic up in the doorways and keep the room clean of dust. Well he didnt; the skim coat job looked like they threw the mud on the walls with their hands and sanded enough to get dust all over their house. He also left mud all over their hardwood floors and the little painting he did do would be less than a gallon of paint he put on the walls without a primer coat or anything. Then the clean up was nonexistent. He got paint all over the floor and carpet and my father had to clean the room all up. At the end of the day we ended up repainting the room.
