This is my second review. After two years, I called Juan and asked for a proposal on a new roof for my garage. Juan gave me a great price compared to what other companies are charging. On Thursday, August 4, 2022, Juan sent Flo to do the tear off which took only two hours. On Thursday, August 5, 2022, Flo slowed up at 8:00 a.m. as promised, and he completed the underlayment, Malarkey Storm Grey Shingles and some fascia repair in just three hours. The new garage roof looks spectacular. Now the house and garage roofs match. Again, I most strongly recommend Juan and HPR.

In September 2020, a friend was introduced to Juan and HPR. She hired HPR to put a new roof on her home in Oregon City. She felt so impressed with the outstanding work done that she encouraged me to meet Juan and get a proposal. At the time I had five proposals. I contacted Juan, and he gave me the best information and the best proposal, and he educated me regarding papers required by Oregon law. I hired HPR and the roof is now two years old. The Malarkey Storm Grey Shingles on my 1924 home in Historic Irvington is stunning. The roof looks like the work was completed just last week. I most strongly recommend Juan and HPR.

My roof was leaking badly and I couldn't afford a total replacement. Juan patched the worst area and it hasn't leaked in two winters. I have a complicated roof and trust his expertise to replace and improve it.

I was desperate and needed the roof done the bids were to high at the time and they gave the best price and did an exceptional job on top of it. even after inspection I'm impressed they could have taken advantage but they didn't and I'm grateful that there are still people out there with integrity.
