Carl's Septic Tank Cleaning

It was all good at first, about 15 years ago. Carl did a nice job making a new septic system for us. It still works just fine. The problem came when he asked me to help him make payroll for his team, which I did. Then he never came back to finish the job. I could not reach him after that. Three of us worked for days trying to put the dirt back on. It's still not level. Not what I would consider good customer service. The system is OK though. So, hire him if you are willing to work a shovel.
