I wouldn't let them service my ceiling fan, let alone my air conditioning unit. Horrible people to deal with, rude and unprofessional. STAY AWAY!!!

Kappl came out an installed the top of the line TRANE heater and air conditioner. When the heater arrived and was too big for the closet they ordered model above it at no cost to my mother. They worked all day for 3 days to install both as well as put in 2 new vents. one in a bathroom and one in a laundry room., explaining every step. They even built a 13 inch platform for the heater to sit on as this is an older home. Kevin and Dillon Did an outstanding installation job. Andy supervised every detail and I have Lowes standing behind their work.

Kappl came out and gave me a bid first. The gentleman that came out went over all of the equipment and installation with me so I understood what they were going to do. They installed the job neatly and timely. They were great and I will always use them.
