Could not ask for better. I has had an issue with my AC unit for years, since its installation date. could not use it continuously for more than two hours. after about 1500 dollars and several companies, I came across Mike's Air. oh My God! he found and solved my problem the very same day! I have my AC back now, didn't think it was possible anymore. Thank you Mike's Air.

| Mystery problem for 2 different companies (solved by me:) | Dec 2015 | This was a very interesting service call. this home owner was very frustrated as no one could find the problem. the unit would start running (heat) but after about an hour or so, it would shut off the flame and start blowing regular, (Cool) air for about 30 minutes. They had about 4 different techs from two different companies. finally, she called me and i spent about 2 hours looking for a problem. found a defective blower motor that would overheat and slow down after which the limiter would shut off the gas and start blowing cooler air though the ducts.
