Floor: FACTS Is an acronym for. Floor: Failure Analysis, Consulting, Technical Services. We are a team of certified flooring inspectors. Our certifications are in the fields of Hardwood, Laminate, LVT & LVP and Carpet. We provide third party flooring inspections. This is helpful if the need arises to file a claim, when there is a failure in the performance of the flooring or installation. We gather the FACTS such as flooring specifications, installation guidelines, recommended consumer care guidelines and environmental measurements. After analyzing these FACTS we can write the report including a conclusion as to what caused the failure. Our resources include, but are not limited to, access to technical bulletins from the manufactures and forty years experience in the flooring industry. We are members of: National Institute Of Certified Floorcovering Inspectors, World Floor Covering Association, North American Laminate Flooring Association and Flooring Consultants and Inspectors Association. These memberships require stringent certifications Through FCITS and NALFA along with annual continuing education. We are held to a strict code of ethics of basing our conclusions solely on the FACTS and not opinions.
