Was charged $75.00 for a Defiant Brandywine door knob that sells for $9.47 as Home Depot. No dead blot placed on the door and should have been. Crew replaced exterior door with a door that can be easily kicked in. NO installation added to door surround. Charged over $200.00 for "storm door material" & still can't determine what this included. Charged for a GALLON of paint to paint small exterior door that measures roughly 29 in x 5.4 ft. Only one coat of paint, but charged $125.00 to paint this door. Many screws left on the deck from the door installation. Box door came in was left in my backyard & I had to remind Bert that it needed to be picked up. No closer was placed on storm door, was told for some reason the closer was not supplied with the storm door. Due to this, storm door just laid up against the outside wall. Had to tell Bert about the closer... could assume he was not even going to mention the absence of the closure as I had to bring it up. Very dissatisfied with all of it.

One of the best contractors I know. Very thorough and explains the job in detail before you start. Work was supreme and didn't cut corners. I have personally seen this company do 3 properties in the neighborhood. A+ ALL AROUND!

Contractor started the work, overfill Ed the dumpster and then did not complete the work. Demanded full payment before they would finish. Very unprofessional. We had to have another tile company come in and clean the tile and backsplash they installed, because they didn’t clean it properly. Left grout to dry on the tile and backsplash. Painted the walls with SEMI gloss, when it was a flat paint. A professional contractor would know the difference and would have fixed it. If you disagree with them or deviate from what this contractor wants to do. You will regret hiring them.

Excellent service, super responsive, I needed a doggie door installed pretty quickly and Bert worked around my schedule to make it happen. Everything was done very neatly, including the clean up afterwards. Already planning for more projects and referrals.
