I see another review with a one star who experienced a similar issue. Over the years we have had no bad experiences with contractors. Extremely letdown with R Eubanks professionalism, honesty and abilities. We have since hired a experienced contractor who has corrected all mistakes created by previous contractor. My reason of this review is to hopefully prevent someone else experiencing the same as I and others noted in these reviews.

The project started well. We had a good planning session with Rick. He came in with a reasonable quote. The challenge began with Rick installing cabinets in the wrong configuration, damaging corners, and misdrilling holes for the hamdles. He seemed willing to get things right. As the work progresses, he continues to make mistakes resulting in cosmetic damage. We have no issues with this as we expect some flaws and believe it is repairable. Shortly after, he had explained he has run out of money and unable to complete the repairs. In addition he has never installed the trim - the job remains incomplete and Rick will not return our calls. Unprofessional workmanship and terrible follow through. I’m most disappointed in Rick walking away from an incomplete job after we paid him most of his installation fees. It was Christmas and I trusted he would come through on his word. Unfortunately he has not.

Rick was very professional throughout the whole process. He came to our home multiple times with samples and helped guide us through the decision making process. The work was completed promptly and for the price agreed upon. I would definitely recommend Innovative Restoration to my friends.
