Kyle &.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We used them for a big landscaping project. 1. It took him 4 months to "complete" a 2-3 week job. He didn't do any finishing touches, and left the yard a mess. We still have a lot to fix. We will probably have to spend btw 3-6grand to fix his mistakes. 2. He built the retaining wall without any drainage. We have to redo almost the entire all bc it is leaking water and dirt already. 3. All of the seed he planted died bc he didn't do it right. It took so long for him to "complete" our yard that it was the wrong time to plant. All of it is weeds now. 4. A lot of the plants he planted are falling out of the ground bc he did not actually burry the roots into the ground. I have had to re-do a lot of his work. 5. He messed up our project and had to redo it. He did take ownership, but after asking me for more money multiple times, I didn't feel comfortable paying him anymore until the job was finished. He decide to write me a rude text message telling me that I was the impatient one, to out it nicely. He then refused to answer any of our texts/e-mails/phone calls. He put us on the back burner. 6. It was a rare occasion that he would show up before 3PM. There were multiple times I was told that my project would be finished "tomorrow," and yet again he didn't show up on time. One day he showed up at 5, expecting to finish an entire patio. To say I was patient with this man is an understatement. I gave him every benefit of the doubt until the end when he started treating our family awful and not responding to our communication. These are just a few of the things that are wrong with our yard. I expect to find many more as time goes on, as we have continued to find things wrong.

THE SMITH PROJECT | Oct 2015 | We installed drainage for the downspouts on the gutters. Its designed to carry the water from the roof through the gutters and then to your designated area, keeping water from standing in the yard that would cause bugs and mosquitoes and this also prevents water from eroding the soil. Most landscapers will use 4 inch corrugated black plastic pipe without properly calculating how much water could possibly be running off of the roof during a heavy down pour leading to blowouts, collapsed pipes, and many other issues. Here at Chandler Landscape Group we take pride in not only doing our job correct the first time around but going above and beyond customer expectations. In this job we used 4 inch sewer drain pipes, took the time to calculate the amount of water runoff from the roof, and all of our gutter downspouts are run as one single line preventing any water issues. Much of the corrugated drainpipe installed by other landscapers start having problems within the first 2 or 3 years due to poor water flow calculation or not doing the work properly however, Mr.Smith will not have to worry about his drainage system for up to 20 years because of a job well done. | Norristown, PA | ||
