Touched by Tracy Painting and Design LLC

We hired Tracy to remove the pthen paint the ceilings. She said the job would take a week. They were here for 2 weeks and many late nights. My granite was chipped and a souvenir chime was broken. Tracy promised to have the granite repaired and to reimburse us for one of the chimes. I made the mistake of paying her. AShe was supposed to be here today to do another job and said she would take care of the granite and 'settle up' on the chime. She never showed, will not respond to my text or call. I will be looking into the Porch guarantee and talking with my attorney if the guarantee doesn't work out. I am very offended. Communication is simple, regardless of life events. I recommended her to my cousin and have since rescinded that recommendation.

I can not say enough about this painter. Tracy painted both interior and exterior of our home, she did an excellent job. Her attention to detail unsurpassed any other painter. We highly recommend Touched by Tracy Painting.

Tracy did a post-construction cleaning for us and it was top-notch! We had a mess in our house after tile was removed and new tile was installed throughout the kitchen and all main areas. Tracy cleaned the dust and mess from top to bottom- walls, ledges, light fixtures, doors, window treatments, inside glass doors, baseboards and trim, floors, furniture, couches, decorations - everything! My kitchen cabinets and appliances looked brand new and I was able to just settle right back in post-construction. Tracy was professional, reasonably priced and worked with me to accommodate my schedule. She did an A+ job. Even my tile installation company wants Tracy's business cards to hand out to future customers!
