John did a major overhaul on my recently-passed father's house in Pensacola. I live several states away, so I was very concerned about finding an honest and qualified person who communicated well and could work with no onsite direction. John offered a price that was very fair, documented progress and updated me weekly with pictures and any discovered work - we had some wood rot and termite damage to repair and the extent of the damage was unknown at the start. He used his experience to recommend certain materials or fixtures that would work well in our market and budget. The rehab process was extremely smooth and the result was phenomenal. The house looks like new and I'm amazed by how easy John made it for me and my family. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Mr. Baldwin has certainly earned our respect as a contractor and as a person. He does quality work, shows up for work, usually early enough to plan the job, and then works the plan. We have absolutely no complaints... Well maybe one- he's a lot taller than me. Then again, so are the grandkids! My wife and I were saddened when he left Tennessee for Florida, but understood completely why they did. Wanting to be near your aging parents is very commendable. Mr. Baldwin is honest, trustworthy, and a real professional. You will not be disappointed.
