Trusted House Services, LLC (THS) is a locally-owned/operated company providing Home Inspection services in Lee, Collier and Charlotte Counties. THS is not a franchise and we pride ourselves on a customer-focused approach to helping you make an informed buying decision. Because we are a small-business, we are accommodating of your schedule and will strive to match our inspection to your personal needs. All reports are delivered electronically the same day, as you and your Realtor have important, often time-sensitive decisions to make. Mark Davis, owner/inspector has a BS in Geology and had a vibrant, former-career in the Environmental Consulting/Construction industry as a Geologist and Fortune 500 national account manager. Accordingly, all interactions and reporting reflects a highly-professional background and approach. Mark has been working on houses since he was 14 and inspected homes as a sideline during his professional environmental career. Upon moving to Florida in 2015, professional Home Inspection Services has been his full-time focus. He also provides professional Home Watch/Concierge Services to select clients. THS is here for you.
