Would give 0 if possible. Middle of kitchen renovation, no countertops, sink in place, but not installed. We ask them to install water and drain. OWNER comes out and says "no problem, call after granite is in." Four days later, granite is in, they come back. Different guy is SO negative, nasty and plainly aggressive to my wife, who is home alone with the kids, complaining he can't do the job BECAUSE THE COUNTERTOPS ARE IN!" Says he'll come back next day, comes back, is still nasty, DOESNT FIX ANYTHING, and asks for $400. My wife gave him $200 to get him out of the house, because he was intimidating her, only to find the drain plug was crooked and the p-trap is a cheap bathroom sink connection - no flex pipe or quality plumbing. Stay away...forget about the poor work and spiked prices, the attitude and tone (I think he fancies himself a tough New Yorker) is cruel, intimidating and definitly not okay for a woman home alone with three kids... Now, to fix the mistake they refuse to address, we're looking at either removing countertops or tearing out a wall, to the tune of $1500.
