This guy was working in my apartment building and parked like a jerk (in a spot assigned to someone else) and broke my tail light and then took zero responsibility and was HORRIBLY HORRIBLY rude about it. He was smiling at me widely and giving me the thumbs up MOCKING ME while I was crying a face full of tears.
