Well its been a year since this guy left my house with a $450 deposit check he asked for " to buy stone and rock". NEVER so much as showed up to do anything. I have tried thru local Prothonotary and Magistrate in Carlisle and he still ignores court orders to return my money. I figures its his money now. BEWARE if you pay this crook ANYTHING up front!! I have done all I can do to warn the next victim of this scammer.
