Daniel Montijo, owner of DM Building and licensed general contractor, is available to work with each customer to explain, design, and create each project. Daniel has traveled and toured factories across the nation to see where and how the raw materials are made into as doors and windows and other building materials. This gives DM Building the unique advantage of fully knowing where our materials come from and which products will work best in specific environments such as coastal, desert or mountain climates. It also gives us the advantage of knowing true quality and craftsmen products. Daniel works hard on creating relationships with all of his vendors which provides him with access to the best materials and the most efficient products available. We specialize in, but are not limited to: new home construction, framing, additions, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, outdoor living areas, home maintenance and repairs. DM building works on both residential and industrial buildings. We are fully licensed and insured like Licenced General Contractor, License No. 939850, and prepared to work on jobs of all sizes and scales.
