What has been great working with Ryan has been communication, starting with the discussions of what to do. We always enjoy working with people who are expert at what they do and good at explaining it to someone who isn't: this certainly fits Ryan. He was ready to explore possibilities, patient in explaining why some half-baked idea we had was probably not so hot, and good at coming up with suggestions that met what we wanted. Also, he was excellent at helping us visualize what the finished product would look like -- always important in avoiding a situation in which changes have to be made during construction. He kept us abreast what he was doing, and if he had questions or concerns he will talk with us so that we all arrive at what we think is the best decision. His workmanship is excellent; he has put a lot of effort and thought into our project and it looks great. We only bumped into his crew a few times because we are having a bathroom remodeled at a condo where we don't live--and we had no concerns about he and his crew being there without one of us. They all do excellent work. All in all we would very highly recommend Ryan. We are thinking of asking him to work on some projects in our house in the future.

I have used Ferrelli & Associates for many home improvement projects for my home and rental properties and have found the work to be fairly priced and of great quality. I have used Ryan for exterior and interior painting, custom remodels and plumbing and have always been satisfied the ease of working with him to identify and solve problems and with the final result. For smaller items I have always been happy the people he has recommended as well.

Everything was done to perfection: planning, consulting, execution, budgeting, time line, etc. All of the people involved were knowledgeable, capable, polite: a pleasure to work with. We did a major remodel, and it could not have gone more smoothly. Our finished project is beautiful and enjoyable, and always brings very nice comments from our guests. Without hesitation or reservation, I highly recommend Mr. Ferrelli for any project you have in mind.
