DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Background on me: I do am a commercial construction project manager, so I deal with fence installs and construction in general everyday. Privacy fence installed by contract (drafted by me, signed by the Owner- Danny), came home at lunch to note they were installing the fence wrong. They removed the posts and corrected but left the footing concrete in the ground from where they had messed up. Came home end of day to view install, still wrong in a different area, I was to have a radius installed in the back of the house along my property line, I now have a fence that just comes to a point. I chose to over look this as I wanted the installer off my job site. He was a registered sex offender and made me uncomfortable and harassed me the entire install and the next day when he came back to clean the fence. Payment for me was not due for NET 30 days per the executed contract agreement and the invoice provided by Metro. Danny the Owner sent the sex offender to my office several times, my home and called both places for payment. Danny wanted his money early, I explained what the contract that he signed stated and he didn't care stated he couldn't pay his employees without getting my money that day. He threatened to let go his employees in front of them if I didn't pay immediately. Ok so I have a heart and felt bad, I paid him. Told him I would never do business with him again. a couple weeks later the caps to my fence kept coming off, I called the number I had to find out the installed had been fired and someone came out and glued them on as they were suppose to be to begin with. Almost a year later and still under warranty, signed separate document included in the contract. When the hurricane came through, two posts uprooted exposing a defective install. One post was only 1'-3" in the ground and not covered by concrete for that entire length. One post did not have 80lbs of concrete in the footing as the contract stated. I called and a woman was sent out, whom was the owners daughter. She stated there would be a charge for the fix. Said that I could dig up the concrete and weigh it as well stated that I should have called prior to the hurricane if I suspected a problem. This statement is ridiculous as you would not have seen the defective footing unless there was an issue. I assume all footings are wrong on the property. I stated there should not be a charge as it was a defective install and to check with her father, the owner, if he wished to negate the contract agreement, as I would take legal action. I have yet to hear from them, have contacted the BBB and will be taking legal action against them. Horrible company, bad management and sending a registered sex offender into peoples homes for sales and installs. BUYER BEWARE!

Danny and his crew are excellent at providing support, solutions, installations, and maintenance on products offered. We recently had them come out and repair our entrance and exit gates to our development as well as providing an ongoing maintenance agreement to maintain our gates in proper working order. Their works has been professional prompt and within our budget. Many of our residents have indicated that the gates are in the best working condition that they have been in in over 15 years. Metro Fence has been responsive and knowledgeable and we are looking forward to continuing our relationship with the company. Highly recommended.

Had a few sections of vinyl picket fence and a gate added to fence left by previous homeowner. In addition, had to have most of the existing fence re-installed because it was not done properly by the original contractor. (My terriers could crawl underneath it!) I found Metro to be responsive and reliable and I was pleased with their service, reliability and the finished job. P.S. Several other fence companies didn't even return my calls
