The company is very responsive and the work is outstanding. When there is an emergency - such as we had recently - Shelton was there to rectify the problem. We use no other plumber.

Came out (albeit late) to take measurements and never contacted me again. If not interested in doing the work, be professional and say so. Wouldn't recommend.
