Our master bathroom shower pan was leaking into the crawl space below. The agreement was to remove the floor base, pan liner, sub-floor, insulation and replace. The quote was competitive and the work acceptable but for two things: 1) the old insulation was not disposed of and 2) the grout was all over the place, a real mess getting it off of the tiles. When I very politely contacted Will for comment, he said I was rude which I was anything but. Technically, Will's father Andy (Andy's Home Improvement - Wilmington, NC) repaired the shower but since the initial contact and communication was through Will, I am making him responsible. His lack of professionalism once he received payment says much about his character, customer service and business acumen.
