Please do NOT use this company. They are unprofessional and only bait and switch. I ordered a main line cleaning with camera inspection, as my main line was clogged up a bit, so water was running slowly. The guy who showed up, was very unprofessional and already started to argue with me, about things "He is NOT going to do", before starting anything. He didn't even start the job and already tried to up-sell a professional jet cleaning ( only $800 ). Certainly he did a terrible job, left after 15 min with my money. I called them back the next day, complaining the job not being done correctly and they told me they come back the next day. Nobody showed up! multiple calls and always the response "somebody is calling me back". They never did !!!! Stay away from this company !!!! After reading the response I have to add, they also obviously lie . I never threatened anybody. BTW: My toilet was never clogged, as this was a barn drain !!!! Nice Try ...

Worst professionalism, customer service, punctuality, pricing, and concern for customers I have seen in a while. Go somewhere else!!! Avoid these guys!!!! Will never give them business again!! Positive note the tech was amazing Negative note: the office is extremely unprofessional the management is unapologetic and only want your money have no concern for you! I have a newborn and a hefty schedule, scheduled my appointment for 10am after arranging things to accommodate my sink replacement even set aside 2 additional hours for potential late arrival time for the tech. 11am comes, no call, no show from my tech. Call the office only to find out I was rescheduled to 2 pm without notice, email, phone call or even an apology. Office researches and admits they screwed up and were “making me a priority”. Tech shows up at 430pm. Water had to be shut off for 4 hours with a newborn in a pandemic! Management nor anyone else even attempted to call between 11am-430pm after having no concern for my day. I had to call them each time to find out when the tech would be onsite to which I was told 2pm then 330 then when I called at 340pm I was told he would be there at 4pm and at 430pm when he showed up the 10% discount I was given for inconvenience was not enough. No apology for management, no “hey we really don’t treat our customers this way”. No proactive call to make it right. The leadership left me and the tech in a tough situation. I honestly feel bad for the tech he had to do a 4 hour job at the end of the day. With an inconvenienced customer, I didn’t take my frustration out on him, he didn’t deserve that.
