E & C Pools

E & C Pools, based in Carrollton, is a pool and spa specialist. They offer swimming pool remodeling, hot tub installation, and swimming pool construction as well as other services. E & C Pools finished a swimming pool project in November of 2005 using a permit obtained from Douglas County; in October of 2000, a property owner contracted them to do a swimming pool project using a permit also obtained from Douglas County.
